The FluoroDose® was truly a wonderful addition to the University of New Haven 2010 oral health missions to Mexico and Romania. Thanks to your generosity, approximately 600 children and adults received fluoride varnish treatments with their prophylaxis. Many of the children eagerly returned the following day hoping to receive another fluoride varnish treatment because they loved the taste and the attention! Although decay is still rampant where we work in these countries, oral health is becoming a higher priority in their lives.
